The High Line: Section 2

The High Line's Section 1 ends in a field of Prairie Dropseed (Sporobolis heterolepis). Section 2 will open this spring.

The High Line is a long-ago abandoned elevated rail line being converted into an aerial park in Manhattan. With plantings designed by Piet Oudolf, Section 1 opened to great success last year. Here is a video preview of Section 2, which will open this spring.
